In June, we hosted our 6th Portfolio Day, bringing together the founders and management teams of our 19 portfolio companies for a day focused on networking, learning, and exchanging best practices.

 

The event was held at Shoosmiths’ London offices, where we enjoyed not only their wonderful hospitality but also the beautiful sunshine on their outdoor terrace, providing the perfect setting for a valuable day focused on goal setting and preparing to exit. 

We must extend a special thank you to our guest speakers, starting with serial entrepreneur, Felix Leuschner, whose keynote offered valuable insights from his experience in building and selling successful businesses. His wisdom and practical advice on entrepreneurship deeply resonated with our attendees. 

We were also fortunate to hear from the team at Investec, who shared essential advice on navigating the complexities of public markets. Their session provided clarity on both the opportunities and challenges of going public, offering practical tips for businesses considering this path.

During the afternoon, our sister company, Carbon Limiting Technologies, led an insightful workshop where participants were guided on how to align their business operations and goals with potential exit opportunities.
